Quality Has Changed
I've been buying Fruit of the Loom socks for myself for years now. My husband also purchases his from the same brand.
Every previous pack was thick and held up quite well. Suddenly, the last packs that each of us bought (in different months) both seemed considerably thinner. Now, months later, every single sock has holes in it.
I can't recall a time when I've had holes in my socks before... Time to look for a higher quality brand.

Bought a pack of Fruit of the Loom underwear. Second day of wearing one it came apart at the leg seem, while I was changing. Next time I'm buying Hanes..no more cheap Fruit of the Loom.

Poor quality
Have wore your products for over 60 years poor quality don't buy don't keep their shape
After second wash they look terrible and have shrunk so much I can't wear them what do I do use them to wax my car

For what, you may ask. Well, this website https://***, you know. Where consumers write reviews about companies, like WORLD known ones like yours! I’m sure you're familiar with them.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t most reviews, “us consumers” write about are somewhat on the “negative side”? I think that most consumers really do not have a lot of extra time in their busy lives to write a review of a company unless there is a real issue with their product. But once in a while a company will receive a (positive review) from one of their LOYAL consumers which they truly LOVE to receive, actually READ IT and APPRECIATE the review. And, in response to that consumer, they usually fire out a [Thank You Email], thanking them for their positive review.
Displaying professionalism and appreciation! KNOWING, KNOWING, that without US, the CONSUMER, they would have NO BUSINESS at all! And now, back to why, (I would like to personally Thank You again): Thank You, for “NOT EVEN READING” my very, very, very, positive review that I submitted on 12/04/23, on that website mentioned in the beginning of this message. So, after buying this ONE Pair of these sweats...
and trying them on, I felt compelled to write the Below Review about them, for not only here but on other "Review" sites as well, including Walmart.com.

WOW! I'm a big dude, and it's been a while since buying Men's clothes where the clothes actually "Fits to Size", and they usually lean towards the Smaller Side, like everything else today!
But these particular Fruit of the Loom sweats, for me, run larger, and I mean...much larger! When it comes to sweatpants, I always have to always go with the Biggest all sizes all the time, ie. 4xl and up, at least!
So, in this one case, I ordered just one pair of these in the size 4xl, with some hesitation because this was the largest size at the time. And I figured that if they turned out to be too tight, I could just simply return them for a refund. BUT, to my pleasant surprise, this pair of sweats not only fit me, but they were actually too big on me., to where I now have to literally return them for a (smaller size)! Really!
So, "Go figure" here. Who, would have thought?
Anyway, "A must-buy", for any big dudes out there like me to buy a pair or two of them to try. Just remember that, for me, they seemed to run much bigger than I anticipated!

Complaint about delivery
Your selected delivery company - Evri - (Hermes) is doing a very bad job.
I live in the village of Speldhurst in Kent. Many, many residents have complained about Evris delivery service.
Yesterday evening my Fruit of the Loom package was thrown over the gate in the rain. I found it this morning half obscured by a bush on my driveway and soaking wet.
This makes me very reluctant to order any more products (which I like very much) from you unless you do something about your delivery system.
I look forward to hearing that you have looked into this problem so that I can order goods from you for Christmas. Many thanks.

Issue with product
Their customer support has basically bankers hours. I called at 6:12pst & was told by a recording that they are closed by 6cst- an hour earlier than my time zone!
They are so cheap that they wont pay a low salary service person to work evening hours. Not everyone gets up early & goes to bed at 8pm.

- Cool zone under shorts attract hairs like mad

User's recommendation: Don’t buy Coolzone underwear- they attract hairs during the wash or dry cycle- I sat here & picked over 20 human and dog hairs off one pair! I’m tempted to throw them out.

I bought three packs of socks n all my sock are coming apart at the stitching. I was so disappointed to top it off I had to use most of them on vacation I have pictures of them how do I get them replaced or the store was not willing to refunded or exchange them.

I ask you to intervene and protect us. We are a group of workers (karima Belalliche _ Safir Mhamed - Taoufik Fahim & belaaza Mustapha).
They want to take revenge on us and get us fired, for revenge reasons only. We ask that you reach out to us to research and make sure that we are operating with integrity, and that there are people who defame us and want to fire us only for retaliatory reasons.
And I repeat it again, madam, that they want to dismiss us only for reasons of revenge. We ask you not to abandon us in these crises, that we are going through within the fruit of the loom company.
Nb:We have no personal relationship with Muhammad Al-Jabri, and there are people who want to separate us from work, so that they can Stealing money and their relationship with Al-Jabri is still very good.

Underwear ripped at the waist band after one wash.
I still have fruit of the loom underwear from 10 years ago that I wear for working out. They are discolored but there are no rips at the waistband.
I got some at Walmart a few months ago. Used a pair 2 1/2 months later for a wedding. They ripped at the waistban after one wash.
No receipt, do you really think I save a receipt if I'm still wearing 10 year old underwear. I pretty sure my wife used a credit card.

Ordered two packs a bras with three in each pack got my first order they were the wrong size and the wrong kind! Spoke with customer service and they were really nice and said they would expedite my order to me. Got my second order one pack was the right kind and the other pack was not the kind that I ordered I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never buy anything online from them again

Smelly t-shirts!
I bought a five pack of shirts for my son and they smell AWFUL even after washing them they smell like a dead animal! Wth?!
They weren't cheap and now he can't even wear them!! Never again ROTTEN FRUIT OF THE LOOM!!!
